Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and RN licensure in MA and RI.
• Five years healthcare experience with clinical knowledge.
• Two years’ clinical experience in Home Care/Hospice setting preferred.
• Experience with infection control and accreditation surveys preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools and processes to support infection prevention and occupational health.
• Create audits and reporting tools for organization-wide initiatives.
• Coordinate survey readiness for infection prevention and health programs.
• Analyze quality data and CMS/accrediting reportables.
• Lead training focused on infection prevention and compliance.
• Oversee return-to-work programs and workplace exposures contact.
• Collaborate with HR and facilities on health and safety initiatives.
