Saginaw Senior Care & Rehab is seeking an Infection Control Nurse RN to lead infection prevention efforts in a hospital-like senior care setting in Saginaw, MI. The role includes policy development, outbreak investigation, and staff training as part of a leadership team.

The position requires an RN license in Michigan, CPR-BLS, IPC certification and 5+ years of RN experience in acute or extended care. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Michigan; CPR-BLS certification current.
• IPC certificate required or must obtain within 90 days of hire.

• Develop, revise, and implement infection control policies and procedures.
• Investigate suspected outbreaks and coordinate response.
• Provide infection risk assessment consultation and control strategies.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and deliver clinical orientation/training for nursing staff.
