• Implements surveillance for nosocomial and community-acquired infections and monitors environmental conditions with infection potential.
• Implements control measures including isolation policy, aseptic technique, and personnel health programs.
• Detects, records, and reports infections to the Director of Nursing Services and maintains infection control policies.
