Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in Georgia.
• Formal infection control knowledge and experience.
• Prior LTC RN/LPN experience preferred.
• Must complete Infection Preventionist course within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident status and develop care plans to improve outcomes.
• Administer and document resident immunizations.
• Monitor antibiotic use and report findings.
• Monitor bowel and bladder programs.
• Make rounds to ensure infection control standards.
• Participate in Quarterly QAPI meetings.
