Job summary

Kidz Kastle ELC Inc in Jersey City, NJ, is seeking an Infant-Toddler Teacher to nurture and develop young children's potential in a warm environment. This role involves designing age-appropriate curriculum, engaging children in play-based learning, and communicating with parents. Candidates should ideally have an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, experience with infants/toddlers, and strong communication skills. The position promotes a supportive work environment encouraging professional growth and adventure in teaching.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Willing to obtain CDA.
• Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
• Pediatric CPR and First Aid with EpiPen certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
• Ability to create a positive, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Background check clearance as per state regulations.

• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes exploration.
• All art and material must be up to date with current events.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
