Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our team, working with infants through Pre-Kindergarten (6 weeks to 5 years old). You will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment, implementing our LEAP curriculum and building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

This role emphasizes growth, development, and a love of learning. You will support children’s social, emotional, and academic development, communicate with parents via mobile apps

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree in ECE or related field preferred; HS diploma/GED accepted depending on role.
• Able to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement LEAP curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support kids’ growth.
