The Learning Experience in Palm City, FL is seeking passionate Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our brand new center. You will create a welcoming, structured classroom where young learners can learn through play and exploration under the LEAP Curriculum.

We offer ongoing training, professional development, tuition reimbursement, leadership pathways, and a supportive team dedicated to helping educators grow.

Qualifications

• CDA credential required or equivalent child care credential.
• Completion of 45 hours set by the DCF for infant/toddler education.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for infants and toddlers.
• Use the LEAP Curriculum to support learning through play.
• Communicate with parents about children’s progress and activities.
• Collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers to foster a nurturing environment.

As a Infant /Toddler Teacher, you will:

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can Learn, Play and Grow.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
