Job summary

The Learning Experience at Palm City, FL is seeking passionate Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our brand new center! You will create a nurturing, structured classroom where children learn through play and exploration, guided by our LEAP Curriculum.

Ideal candidates have a CDA and 45 hours with a genuine love for early childhood education, and at least one year of teaching experience. We offer comprehensive benefits, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth.

As a Infant /Toddler Teacher, you will

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can Learn, Play and Grow.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
