Job summary

The Learning Experience in Kyle, TX is hiring dedicated Infant classroom teachers to lead, mentor and nurture young learners in a safe, engaging environment. You will implement our LEAP Curriculum®, support infants and toddlers, and collaborate closely with families and center staff to foster growth, enrollment, and lasting love of learning.

The role requires 1+ years of teaching experience; CDA or higher in ECE is preferred, CPR/First Aid is a plus, and you must meet state guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional teaching experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; CDA or higher in ECE preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

Role Responsibilities:

• Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
