Centro de la Familia de Utah is seeking an Infant Toddler Teacher to nurture growth and learning in a warm, supportive classroom. You will design developmentally appropriate activities and maintain a safe environment to help toddlers thrive.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication, inclusive practices for children with special needs, and collaboration with families through regular interactions and conferences.

Qualifications

• Must hold Infant/Toddler CDA or obtain within six months.
• CPR, First Aid and Food Handler permit required within one month of hire.
• Ability to support children with diverse needs and language backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing classroom that supports toddlers' growth and safety.
• Plan activities that foster physical, social, emotional, cognitive and language development.
• Adapt activities to meet the needs of children with special requirements.
• Foster a warm, respectful classroom environment encouraging growth and curiosity.
• Engage families through home visits and parent conferences.
• Adhere to supervision, safety and health policies and procedures.
• Actively supervise children and collaborate with fellow teachers.
• Support dual-language learners and promote biliteracy.
