Qualifications

• Infant Toddler CDA credential, or CDA comparable credential with relevant coursework.
• Preschool CDA credential with training in Early Childhood Development may be considered.
• Associate degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education or related coursework.

Responsibilities

• Promote school readiness by preparing children and families for school success.
• Provide high quality developmentally appropriate care for children aged 0-3 in a center-based classroom.
• Work with an inter-disciplinary team to support children in all areas of development and family services.
• Adhere to Head Start and state/federal regulations and maintain health and safety standards.
