Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree in early childhood or CDA preferred.
• Two+ years of similar/related experience; child care experience preferred.
• Experience/education in early childhood; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, nurturing learning environment.
• Support social, intellectual and emotional development of children.
• Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool children.
• Supervise children indoors and outdoors at all times.
• Plan/coordinate activities with teacher assistant and staff.
• Promote parent involvement and cultural responsiveness.
