Flowers Early Learning in New Buffalo, Michigan is seeking Infant/Toddler Teachers, including Apprenticeship tracks, to provide caring supervision and developmentally appropriate learning for children aged 0-3, using High Scope curriculum and regular assessments.

This is a full-year, full-time position with competitive hourly wages and a comprehensive benefits package. Entry-level education includes a CDA or higher with pathways to further credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum – Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA) for infant/toddler.
• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; CDA apprenticeship path available on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing care and supervision for children 0–3.
• Implement High Scope curriculum and conduct ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with coworkers, volunteers and support staff; engage families.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal licensing and grant requirements.
