Flowers Early Learning is seeking a Preschool Associate Teacher to join our Early Head Start Education team in Benton Harbor, MI. The role involves supporting lead teachers, managing classroom activities, and assisting with curriculum implementation for children ages 0-3.

This is a full-time, year-round position with an hourly rate based on education level and experience. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and must obtain a CDA or equivalent credential within two years.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with one year of relevant experience.
• Must complete age-appropriate Child Development Associate credential or equivalent within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers with instruction, classroom management, cleaning, and food preparation.
• Implement curriculum, ongoing assessments and observations for preschool-age children in line with Head Start standards.
