Qualifications

• Minimum – CDA infant/toddler
• Preferred – Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with 18 credits in ECE
• If no Associate’s, must complete Child Development Apprenticeship within four years of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing care and supervision for children ages 0-3
• Implement High Scope curriculum with developmentally appropriate activities
• Conduct ongoing assessments and collaborate with coworkers and volunteers
• Build strong partnerships with families and support staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal licensing and grant requirements
