Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they take their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating, in accordance with Celebree's infant curriculum.
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills, along with patience and flexibility.
