• Supervise and manage daily classroom activities for a group of children.
• Follow all rules and regulations related to health, safety, and care of children at Celebree School of Warrington and relevant regulatory agencies.
• Assess each child's developmental needs regularly.
• Implement approved lesson plans and daily schedules following Celebree Brand Standards.
• Collaborate on parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations with the Leadership Team.
• Maintain an attractive and engaging classroom environment.
• Provide positive reinforcement and set clear expectations for children's behavior.
• Handle classroom maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Attend staff meetings, workshops, and school events.
• Maintain a professional appearance per the Employee Handbook guidelines.
• Assist with other duties as determined by the Director or designee.

Desired Skills and Experience
