Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day's activities alongside our infants and toddlers, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
- Manage the classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Create a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
- Develop and implement thorough, timely, and age-appropriate lesson plans in accordance with Celebree’s infant/toddler curriculum.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting classroom where curiosity can flourish.
- Complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking accurately.
Qualifications:
- Must meet the requirements approved by PA State Licensing.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and understanding of childcare licensing requirements.
- Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills, along with patience and flexibility.
