PRECIOUS MEMORIES CHILD CARE L in Bridgeport, Connecticut is seeking an Infant & Toddler Lead Teacher responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment for children from birth to two and a half years old. The Lead Teacher will plan developmentally appropriate curriculum, maintain compliance with licensing standards, and build positive relationships with children and families.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a licensed early childhood setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers in a licensed early childhood setting.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and positive behavior guidance.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Supervise, coach, and support assistant teachers.
• Establish positive relationships with families.

Skills

Education
