The Learning Experience in Colorado Springs, CO invites Infant Teachers to join a nationally accredited, Colorado Shines Level 4 program. You will lead infant/toddler classrooms, mentor peers, and partner with families to support early learning through our LEAP Curriculum.

Qualified applicants will hold an Infant/Toddler care certificate or CDA/Colorado Shines Level II+ and meet age requirements, with opportunities for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certificate in Infant and Toddler care from regionally accredited college or university with 30 semester hours in infant/toddler development.
• CDA certification accepted if Department approved expansion.
• Colorado Shines Level II or higher credential accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Manage classroom to ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress via apps and discussions.
• Implement L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants and toddlers to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment.
