Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• CDA required if no degree.
• 1-2 years of experience with young children in licensed childcare or preschool.
• Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans for infants and toddlers.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate with parents about daily activities and child progress.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.
