Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• CDA required if no degree.
• 1–2 years of experience with young children in a licensed childcare/preschool setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum and Instruction: Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Classroom Management: Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom environment; manage daily routines.
