The role requires at least 6 months of lead experience in a licensed center and a minimum of 12 ECE units. You must meet state background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements for safety.
Qualifications
- 6 months of lead classroom experience in a licensed center.
- Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
- Must meet state background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in active play with children.
Responsibilities
- Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to care for every child.
- Develop observations, assessments, and planning for children; communicate with families.
- Implement the proprietary curriculum and create engaging learning experiences.
- Collaborate with teammates to support a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
