Bauer Family Resources seeks an Early Head Start Teacher Float to provide high-quality infant/toddler services across the agency. This full-time role covers classrooms birth to three, ensuring program continuity and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

The position requires travel between centers in the service area, with emphasis on responsive caregiving, relationship-based practices, and collaboration with families and staff. Bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Infant/Toddler CDA credential preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required; reliable transportation for travel across service area.
• Experience with infants/toddlers and family engagement preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide classroom coverage across the service area as a permanent substitute teacher.
• Foster secure, nurturing relationships with infants, toddlers, and families.
• Support individualized routines for feeding, sleeping, toileting, and development.
• Observe and document developmental progress; use data to tailor learning experiences.
