Urban Strategies in Phoenix seeks a part-time Food Aide to assist in organizing, delivering, and serving nutritious meals to enrolled children. You will help keep sanitary food-service areas and ensure safety protocols and CACFP standards are followed.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with a valid Food Handler Certification, plus 1–3 years of experience with families and children. Reporting to the Health Services Manager, you’ll support daily operations and inventory control.

• Inspect food items for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Deliver food to classrooms and monitor temperatures to meet regulations.
• Maintain records of dietary accommodations and allergies.
• Sanitize kitchen surfaces and maintain labeled, dated storage.
• Assist with inventory and prepare CACFP documentation.
