Responsibilities

• Review menus and determine food quantities using food program software.

• Prepare meals for children following health and CACFP guidelines.
• Inventory, label and store food safely.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas.
• Record food temperatures and complete CACFP documentation.
