Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Three years of full-time early childhood classroom experience in a child care facility or school program.
• One year of Infant-Toddler caregiving experience.
• Experience with social services relating to parents, children, and providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to teachers and administrators for quality improvement, face-to-face or remote.
• Deliver professional development using Texas Infant-Toddler training topics.
• Become a Registered Trainer on TECPDS.
• Complete training through CLI Engage to become certified Infant-Toddler Specialist.
• Collaborate with providers to develop and implement Infant-Toddler trainings.
