Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• At least one year of supervised classroom experience with birth–three.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain a clean, safe learning environment for infants and toddlers.
• Plan and implement lesson plans aligned with standards.
• Conduct developmental screenings and ongoing observations.
• Document injuries, incidents, and progress data using approved tools.
• Enter observations into Teaching Strategies GOLD or MyHeadStart.
• Conduct home visits and parent–teacher conferences.
