Thrive Early Learning Center in Tennessee seeks caring Infant/Toddler Teachers to nurture young children in a safe, engaging classroom environment.

We provide training and support for success, with opportunities for advancement and a daytime schedule. All staff participate in ongoing professional development and family partnerships are encouraged.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing nurturing, responsive care for infants and/or toddlers (6 weeks–3 years).
• Supporting children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development through play-based learning.
• Following individualized feeding, diapering, toileting, rest, and daily care routines.
• Creating engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Building strong partnerships with families through daily communication.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
• Working collaboratively with your teaching team.
• Following all Tennessee licensing, health, and safety requirements.

We're looking for caring, dependable Infant/Toddler Teachers who are passionate about nurturing young children while creating a safe, engaging, and loving classroom environment.

Whether you have years of experience or you're ready to begin a rewarding career in early childhood education, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you'll help children feel safe, loved, and encouraged as they reach important developmental milestones.

Responsibilities

• Providing nurturing, responsive care for infants and/or toddlers (6 weeks–3 years)


• Supporting children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development through play-based learning


• Following individualized feeding, diapering, toileting, rest, and daily care routines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed child care or preschool setting


• CDA, TECTA, or Early Childhood coursework


• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within probationary period)
