House of God Outreach & Delive is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher for the Infant–Toddler Program. This full-time role provides a safe, nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment for children 6 weeks to 3 years, focusing on social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through responsive caregiving and intentional curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with established curriculum frameworks.
• Support infants’ and toddlers’ learning through responsive interactions, sensory experiences, language-rich environments, and play-based exploration.
• Observe, document, and assess children’s development to inform planning and communicate progress to families.
• Create daily routines that promote security, independence, and consistency (feeding, diapering, napping, transitions).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Follow state licensing guidelines and program policies regarding supervision, sanitation, and health procedures.
• Implement safe sleep practices, proper diapering/handwashing techniques, and emergency protocols.
• Ensure appropriate ratios and constant visual supervision at all times.
