Job summary

ChildCareGroup in Mesquite, TX is seeking an Infant/Toddler Resource Teacher to support high‑quality early learning environments for children birth to three. You will assist with planning developmentally appropriate activities, maintain classroom standards, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment aligned with licensing requirements.

You will provide classroom coverage, collaborate with staff and families, and help with documentation using CCG systems.

Qualifications

• CDA or Associate’s Degree in child development or related field required or preferred.
• One year of experience working with young children (infant/toddler experience preferred).
• Knowledge of early childhood development and a strong desire to work with infants and toddlers.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with staff, parents and volunteers.
• Reliable and punctual attendance; alignment with CCG’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for infants/toddlers.
• Support multiple classrooms by maintaining routines and learning centers.
• Build positive relationships with children and families and participate in conferences and meetings.
• Provide classroom coverage and collaborate with staff.
• Maintain required documentation using CCG systems and assist with inventory.
