Job summary

NeighborImpact seeks an Infant Toddler Program Coach to provide intensive coaching and consultation to early educators and program leaders in Central Oregon. The role will align with Baby Promise expectations and drive quality improvement across care settings through CQI planning and professional development.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in a related field, Oregon Registry steps, and 3+ years in direct ECE and infant/toddler teaching, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field required.
• Step 10+ on Oregon Registry required or achievable within 1 year.
• One year of experience coaching and supporting adult professional development required.
• Minimum three years of direct service in Early Childhood Care and Education required.
• Minimum three years of direct infant and toddler classroom teaching experience required.
• Ability to work varied hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and transportation access.
• Enrollment in the Central Background Registry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement coaching and continuous quality improvement in Baby Promise programs across Central Oregon.
• Provide intensive, individualized coaching and consultation to early educators and program leadership.
• Blend one-on-one instructional coaching with data-informed quality improvement work.
