Seagull Schools provides children an exceptional start to their educational journey in Honolulu. The Infant Toddler Caregiver will support the Lead Caregiver by creating a safe, nurturing environment and delivering age-appropriate activities while documenting progress.

The role requires meeting Hawaii licensing requirements, lifting up to 35 lbs, CPR/First Aid certification, and active collaboration with families and staff to support early learning goals.

Qualifikationen

• Meet state childcare licensing requirements for infant/toddler caregivers.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and maintain safety.

Aufgaben

• Maintain NAEYC Accreditation Standards and practices.
• Comply with Hawaii DHS licensing rules.
• Work with individuals or small groups of children as directed by the lead caregiver.
• Assist in planning and implementing educational activities, lessons, and materials.
• Assist in assessing and documenting student progress and behavior.
• Provide physical care such as feeding, diapering, and nap-time support.
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to support learning objectives.
