Concordia at Cabot is seeking an experienced Infant/Toddler Caregiver to join our Child Care team. This full-time role offers a stable schedule and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and PTO. Eligible employees who waive health insurance can earn an additional $1.50/hour.

• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood or 2,500+ hours of child care experience.
• Experience with infants and/or toddlers in a daycare setting.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Patient, organized, and multitasking ability.

Mansioni

Concordia at Cabot is seeking an experienced, patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic Infant / Toddler Caregiver to join our Child Care team. This Full-time position offers a consistent schedule, a full range of benefits, including paid time off (PTO), health insurance, and other valuable employee benefits.

**Eligible employees who waive the health insurance benefit can earn an additional $1.50/hour.**

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for individuals who love working with children and are looking for a supportive, consistent schedule with no weekends or holidays.

Key Responsibilities of an Infant / Toddler Caregiver:

• Supervise and care for infants/toddlers
• Assist with meals, activities, and diapering/toileting
• Plan and lead daily lessons and play
• Communicate with parents at drop-off/pick-up
• Keep classroom clean and follow safety guidelines
• Coordinate with staff and follow DPW regulations

Qualifications of an Infant / Toddler Caregiver:

• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood OR 2,500+ hrs child care experience
• Experience with infants and/or toddlers in a daycare setting
• Strong communication and people skills
• Patient, organized, and multitasking ability
