Concordia Lutheran Ministries’ Concordia at Cabot is seeking an Infant / Toddler Caregiver for a part-time schedule with no weekends or holidays. You will supervise and care for infants and toddlers, assist with meals, activities, and diapering, plan daily lessons, and communicate with parents while maintaining a clean, safe classroom.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood or 2,500+ hours of child care experience, with strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood OR 2,500+ hrs child care experience.
• Experience with infants and/or toddlers in a daycare setting.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Patient, organized, and multitasking ability.
• Friendly, reliable, and child-focused.

We are seeking an experienced, patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic Infant / Toddler Caregiver to join our Child Care team. This part-time position offers a consistent schedule, a full range of benefits, including paid time off (PTO), health insurance, and other valuable employee benefits.

**Eligible employees who waive the health insurance benefit can earn an additional $1.50/hour.**
