Job summary

Concordia Lutheran Ministries’ Concordia at Cabot is seeking an Infant / Toddler Caregiver for a part-time schedule with no weekends or holidays. You will supervise and care for infants and toddlers, assist with meals, activities, and diapering, plan daily lessons, and communicate with parents while maintaining a clean, safe classroom.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood or 2,500+ hours of child care experience, with strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood OR 2,500+ hrs child care experience.
• Experience with infants and/or toddlers in a daycare setting.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Patient, organized, and multitasking ability.
• Friendly, reliable, and child-focused.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for infants/toddlers.
• Assist with meals, activities, and diapering/toileting.
• Plan and lead daily lessons and play.
• Communicate with parents at drop-off/pick-up.
• Keep classroom clean and follow safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with staff and follow DPW regulations.
