Job summary

Magical Beginnings Learning Academy in Middleton, MA is urgently hiring a Certified Infant Teacher (EEC Certified) for our infant and toddler program. You will provide warm, responsive care, support early development, and partner with a co-teacher to plan age-appropriate activities.

Requirements include 8-hour shifts, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication with families. We offer paid time off, health insurance, and a collaborative, caring work environment.

Qualifications

• Warm, nurturing infant care philosophy aligned with early childhood development.
• Ability to collaborate with co-teachers and families to support each infant's growth.
• Experience with or willingness to perform duties like feeding, diapering, and onboarding routines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your co-teacher to prepare curriculum and materials.
• Provide responsive, individualized care supporting each infant's development.
• Maintain a clean, safe classroom and communicate with parents about the day.
• Assist with daily routines (bottles, meals, diapering, naptime) per schedule.
• Track progress and complete required assessments and PQ/PD hours.
