Job summary

Magical Beginnings Learning Centers is seeking a warm Infant Teacher to nurture babies in a safe, engaging environment in Medford, MA. You will build strong relationships with families and support each child’s development in alignment with MA EEC requirements.

Qualifications

• EEC Teacher Certification (Infant/Toddler) is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet Massachusetts EEC employment requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for early childhood education.
• Flexibility to work full time Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–5:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, nurturing, and responsive learning environment for infants.
• Build trusting relationships with infants and their families.
• Support each child's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Follow safe sleep practices and maintain a clean, healthy classroom.
• Complete daily communication and documentation for families.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership.
• Maintain compliance with EEC regulations and company policies.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
