The Learning Experience in Missouri is seeking an Experienced Infant (6w-12m) Teacher to join our team. This role focuses on creating a nurturing, engaging classroom where children learn through play and exploration.

Responsibilities include fostering growth, implementing the LEAP Curriculum®, communicating with families, and supporting center enrollment and engagement. The position runs 8:30 am–5:30 pm and offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).

• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.

• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
