Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Lead Infant Teacher to join our team and nurture infants in a safe, engaging environment. You will implement the LEAP curriculum and engage with families to support children's growth and development.

We value educators who foster play-based learning, build strong relationships with parents, and contribute to a positive learning culture across our centers.

Qualifications

  • One year of professional teaching experience is preferred, or at least six months of professional teaching experience.
  • Lead teacher certification or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related degree is preferred, or a High school diploma/GED is required.

Responsibilities

  • As Lead Infant Teacher, create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for infants.
  • Implement the proprietary LEAP curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun.
  • Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a dynamic play-and-learn environment.
  • Regularly communicate with parents about children's progress through apps and discussions.

As a Lead Infant Teacher, you will:
