Job summary

The Learning Experience - Beavercreek, OH is seeking an infant teacher to create a safe, nurturing learning environment for preschool children and to implement our L.E.A.P curriculum. This position offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

A strong candidate will have 1 year of teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required) and an associate degree in ECE or related field (preferred) or a HS diploma/GED (required).

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred or HS diploma/GED required.
• Ability to create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.

• Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress via apps and discussions.

As an Infant Teacher, you will:

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun!
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

Do You:

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
