The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Infant Teacher to join our team in Missouri. This role focuses on creating a warm, engaging atmosphere where infants learn, play, and grow under our LEAP Curriculum, with a schedule from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

We value candidates with a genuine love for early childhood education, strong parent communication, and a commitment to fostering academic and emotional development in young children.

Qualifications

• Have genuine passion for education and care of children.
• The role prefers 1 year of professional teaching experience or 6 months is required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field is preferred, or a HS diploma/GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for infants.
• Use a growth mindset to foster learning and development.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting to infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment for exploration.
• Communicate with parents about their child’s progress via apps and discussions.

As a Infant Teacher, you will:

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.

Do You:

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
• Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
• Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?
