The Learning Experience in Wheeling, IL is seeking a passionate Infant Teacher to join our dedicated team. In this role you will care for babies aged 6 weeks to 12 months, provide a safe, nurturing environment, and implement age-appropriate activities that support early development and curiosity.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; CDA credential or related coursework is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification, ability to meet Illinois DCFS licensing standards, and excellent

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants (6 weeks to 12 months)
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum and developmental activities aligned with early childhood education standards
• Monitor and document each infant's daily progress, milestones, and developmental needs
• Maintain consistent feeding, sleeping, and diapering schedules for each child
• Communicate openly and regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily activities and growth
• Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and compliance with state childcare licensing regulations
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to foster a positive, team-oriented classroom environment
