Four Seasons Creative Learning Center Inc. in West Bridgewater, MA is seeking a passionate Certified Infant Teacher to join our dedicated team.

This role focuses on providing caring daily infant care, implementing developmentally appropriate activities, and maintaining a safe, enriching classroom aligned with licensing standards. If you hold Early Childhood certification and CPR/First Aid, you’ll collaborate with staff and families to support infants’ growth and well-being in a nurturing

Qualifications

• Must have early childhood education certification or equivalent.
• Experience working with infants in licensed childcare or early education settings.
• Knowledge of infant development, best practices, and age-appropriate curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, hands-on daily care for infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities supporting growth.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom meeting licensing standards.
• Observe and document infant milestones and communicate progress with families.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with infants and parents/guardians.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols per state childcare regulations.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, hands-on daily care for infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing
• Plan and implement age-appropriate developmental activities that support cognitive, social, and physical growth
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment that meets licensing standards
• Observe and document infant milestones and communicate progress regularly with families
• Build warm, trusting relationships with infants and their parents or guardians
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols in accordance with state childcare regulations
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience

Requirements

• Early childhood education certification or equivalent credential required
• Prior experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early education setting
• Strong knowledge of infant development, best practices, and age-appropriate curriculum
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to meet Massachusetts EEC (Early Education and Care) staffing qualifications
• Warm, patient, and compassionate demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
• Strong communication skills for effective parent and team engagement
