Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education (infant, toddler, or preschool).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; HS diploma considered with pay by experience.
• CDA Pathway: $0.50/hr increase on enrollment, +$0.50/hr after completion.

• Maintain classroom ratios and supervision standards.
• Support a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Assist with planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities.

About the Role

As a Lead Teacher, you will play an important role in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children. You will help guide children's growth while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Our teachers help create a positive classroom culture while supporting children's emotional, social, and developmental needs.

Position Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education (infant, toddler, or preschool age).


• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Candidates with a High School Diploma are also considered; pay will vary based on experience.


• CDA Pathway: $0.50/hour increase upon CDA enrollment, with an additional $0.50/hour after completion.
