Job summary

The Learning Experience – Dripping Springs is seeking a nurturing Infant Teacher to join our childcare team in Dripping Springs, TX. You will create a safe, engaging environment and support development through sensory play, music, movement, and responsive caregiving.

We value a caring approach, teamwork, and open communication with families as you help infants reach milestones and thrive in a loving setting.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of childcare experience.
• CDA, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR/First Aid certification (required).
• Genuine love and patience for infants and early learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment for infants.
• Follow a daily schedule that includes feeding, diapering, and early learning activities.
• Build loving relationships with children, families, and co-teachers.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s daily experiences, growth, and milestones.
• Maintain compliance with Texas childcare licensing standards and safety policies.
