Job summary

The Learning Experience in Dripping Springs, TX is hiring an Infant Teacher to nurture and support our youngest learners. You will create a safe, clean, and joyful classroom, follow a daily routine, and build loving relationships with children and families.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of childcare experience, CPR/First Aid, and a genuine passion for early childhood development; CDA or higher is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of childcare experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• CDA, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment for infants.
• Follow a daily schedule that includes feeding, diapering, and early learning activities.
• Build loving relationships with children, families, and co-teachers.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s daily experiences, growth, and milestones.
• Maintain compliance with Texas childcare licensing standards and safety policies.
