Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CDA, Maine-approved credential, or qualifying childcare/college experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must pass DHHS background checks.
• Registered with Maine Roads to Quality or willing to become registered.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum for infants.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Lead and support classroom staff.
• Communicate daily with families through the Procare app.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.
