Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Assistant: Experience in childcare preferred
• Lead: Hold a bachelor’s or Associate’s in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development
• Lead: Have a Child Development Associate Credential
• Lead: Have a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children
• Lead: 3+ years experience in childcare or classroom management preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide infant care and support growth and development.
• Assist in classroom activities and daily routines for infants.
• Lead responsibilities include supervising and guiding staff and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.
