Job summary

Kids Country Child Care & Learning Center on Country Manor Campus in Sartell, MN is seeking a friendly Assistant Teacher for the Infant Room. You will support the lead teacher, assist with daily activities, and help nurture a warm, engaging environment for our youngest learners.

This part-time role (12:30 pm–5:30 pm) offers weekday hours with potential for full-time hours and opportunities to grow into Lead Teacher on a large, community-focused campus.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• 1+ year experience in a childcare center
• 1+ year of college credits in Education or related field; or working toward degree in Education
• Meets MN Rule 3 requirements to be an Assistant Teacher
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified
• Strong communication skills with children and families

Responsibilities

• Interact with students, parents, and other teachers
• Assist the lead teacher with daily activities (art, science, music, movement)
• Create and lead a nurturing learning environment
• Teach children how to interact with the world around them
• Take students on field trips
• Participate in campus events
• Oversee daily activities across rooms and activities
